Returns & Refunds Policy
Customers worldwide may return eligible items within 14 days of receiving the order.
Items must be:
- Unworn, unused, and unwashed
- In original packaging with all tags attached
- In resalable condition
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.
Approved refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving and inspecting the returned item.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method via our third-party payment processor.
If you receive a faulty, damaged, or wrong item, contact us with photos. We will arrange a replacement or full refund including shipping costs.
